Urgent appointments

We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.

You can make an appointment to see a Doctor, Practice Nurse or Healthcare Assistant by telephoning reception on 01803 327100. Our phone lines are open between 8:30am – 1:00pm and 2:00pm – 6:00pm, Monday – Friday. We take bookings for same day appointments from 8:30am so it is better to phone as soon as we open or pop into the surgery.

You can express a preference of practitioner, though this may mean waiting longer for an appointment, you may see any Doctor in the Practice.

Non-urgent advice: Home Visits

Our Doctors typically see four patients at the Practice in the time it takes to do a single home visit.  It is also difficult for Doctors to properly examine patients at home.  For this reason, we ask our patients to come to the Practice if at all possible.  However, we can visit you at home if your condition means you cannot attend the surgery. Telephone between 8:30am and 10:00am on the day so the Doctor can plan his rounds.

Please be prepared to tell the receptionist about your condition so we can visit the most urgent cases first. Please ensure we have your current telephone number as the Doctor may wish to speak with you prior to the visit.  Home visits are normally made between 12.30pm and 3.30pm.
