How do I register as a new Patient?
We welcome new patients to our friendly modern surgery. Our patients live predominantly in Torquay although the practice boundary extends from Lower Gabwell in the north and encompasses parts of Preston in the south bounded by Preston Down Road.
Every one of our patients has a named GP who has overall responsibility for the care and support that our surgery provides to you. This does not mean that you only have to see your named GP indeed you may see a number of GP’s in the practice on different occasions.
Registration is simple, you can register online using the link below or call into the surgery during the opening hours to complete the registration forms, bringing your photo ID such as a passport or photo driving license and a utility bill in your name.
If you suffer from:
- Asthma
- COPD
- Diabetes
- Epilepsy
- Hypertension
- Heart Disease/Heart Attack or Stroke
We would ask that you mention this to the receptionist when registering as we would like you to make an appointment as soon as possible.
If you have an impairment and would like your communication in either large format type, braille or audio then please make your requirements known when registering. We also have a hearing loop in the reception area for your assistance.
